 POSITION SUMMARY

 Responsible for managing the lifecycle of claims across multiple specialties, including long-term care services. This role focuses on claim submission, denial management, aging follow-up, and payer resolution while ensuring accurate coding, documentation compliance, and timely reimbursement. Acts as a subject-matter resource for payer requirements, medical necessity, and claims resolution across varied lines of business.

 v Reviews and validates clinical documentation and progress notes across multiple medical specialties for completeness, accuracy, and medical necessity.

 v Bills and manages claims across multiple specialties.

<li>Lead the process of implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post implementation support of solution/software development</li>
<li>Elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage the needs of project stakeholders including customers and end users</li>
<li>Analyze, review, and alter programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt new requirements</li>
<li>Lead the efforts of problem resolution of issues and defects discovered during testing, independently resolve the issues if needed</li>
<li>Gather business requirements and define detailed specifications</li>
<li>Lead the development and debugging of software using Java/J2EE</li>
<li>Develop software using web presentation technologies such as AJAX, JSON, JavaScript, CSS and HTMLS</li>
<li>Work with Business Analysts to design and deploy database schemas and specify all attributes of database tables including primary keys, foreign keys, identities, constraints, default values, indexes, and triggers</li>
<li>Participate in business unit and strategic planning and implement initiatives</li>
<li>Provide on call support for production systems</li>
<li>Experience with database application development process using SQL and JDBC</li>
<li>Process documentation to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements</li>
<li>Lead the and mentor less experienced developers and assist them with issues and questions</li>
</ul><p></p><p><b>Job Qualifications</b></p><p>Education: </p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent work experience</li></ul><p></p><p>Required Experience:</p><ul>
<li>5+ years of experience as a Java Developer</li>
<li>Demonstrated application of software development methodologies and modern best practices</li>
<li>Expertise with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.), JSP/Servlet container frameworks, Apache, Tomcat, JSP, JSF, Hibernate, Microservices, Springboot, REST, SOAP, Web Services, Web Services Security, and Test-Driven Development with JUnit or equivalent tool</li>
<li>Proficiency with modern IDE and Git.</li>
<li>Expertise developing web applications and user interfaces with Java technologies such as JDBC, JSP, JSF, and servlets</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and be self-paced to accomplish goals</li>
<li>Ability to lead and motivate others and teach technical skills</li>

 <li>Attend training events and maintain competency as required to perform duties.</li>
 <li>Regularly support compliance and accreditation efforts as assigned (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA).</li>
 <li>Facilitates clinic flow through effectively prioritizing work.</li>

 <li>Inventory and order medical, lab, or office supplies or equipment.</li>
 <li>Schedule appointments for patients.</li>

 <li>Collect and log specimens then prepare them for testing.</li>
 <li>Administer routine diagnostic tests.</li>
 <li>Change dressings on wounds.</li>
 <li>Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.</li>

 <li>Experience: One year work experience as a Medical Assistant or closely related position preferred.</li>
 <li>Education: High School Education or equivalent required. CNA, CMA, or completion of a Medical Assistant program is preferred. Current BLS certification or completion within 6 months of employment is required.</li>
 <li>Other Skills: Ability to deal with the public efficiently, courteously, politely, and effectively required. Basic computer skills which enable the entry and retrieval of data including the use of Microsoft Word and Outlook required. Experience with EMR systems preferred. Must demonstrate consistent professional conduct. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication as well as excellent interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and other health care professionals.</li>

<p>We are looking for a Proofreader - AI Trainer to join our team and teach AI chatbots. You will have conversations with chatbots in order to measure their progress, as well as write novel conversations in order to teach them what to say.</p>
<p>As part of the application process, you will be asked to complete an assessment. If you pass, you will gain access to projects. Based on the quality of your work, you will continue to receive projects regularly. We find our most successful candidates work between 5-20 hours per week, up to 40 hours.</p>
<p>Benefits:</p>
<p>This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position<br>
 You’ll be able to choose which projects you want to work on<br>
 You can work on your own schedule<br>

 LDF is recruiting to fill the position of <b>Seasonal </b><b>Warehouse Material Handler I </b>for the <b>Warehouse</b> department. This position will report directly to the <b>Warehouse Supervisor.</b></p>
 <p>As a Warehouse Material Handler I (1) he/she will be entering in an entry-level, training role to achieve Warehouse Material Handler II within 18 months. The role will provide sales support and customer service by working with the warehouse team in receiving, storage and order fulfillment roles. Support the overall warehouse operations through maintaining level work flow coordination, task competency, performance levels and continuous training. Participate in continuous improvement objectives.</p>
 <p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p>
 <p>Learn all LDF warehouse standard practices and is responsible to assist manager with enforcement of those practices.</p>
 <p>Achieve productivity standards to meet operational budgets.</p>
 <p><b> </b>Achieve critical operational timing to meet customer and internal needs.</p>
 <p><b> </b>Demonstrates ability to comprehend and perform at target level in basic warehouse tasks including but not limited to: receiving, storage and order fulfillment.</p>
 <p>Exhibits competency of work practices to allow operational flexibility. This includes competency in basic shift-specific tasks as detailed by skills matrix and supervisor requirement.</p>
 <p>Interface with external contacts professionally to satisfy customers, carriers and contractors.</p>
 <p>Ensures all OSHA safety regulations, local regulations and company safety rules are observed. Drive safety in work behaviors.</p>
 <p>Ensures quality through limiting internal damage of product, proper loading and unloading of product to prevent damage at warehouse, route and customer.</p>
 <p>Demonstrates competency in assigned operational functions of WMS systems. Current systems include VIP and CirrusTech.</p>
 <p>Ensures proper product rotation and segregation using FIFO methods by leveraging WMS and manual monitoring.</p>
 <p>Deliver inventory accuracy through proper WMS and manual methods. Meets objectives for net shrink, absolute shrink and location accuracy.</p>
 <p><b> </b>Assures a clean work space leveraging visual management, 5S and warehouse certification.</p>
 <p><b> </b>Regularly inspect facility and equipment for operational readiness, escalates or resolves issues as identified.</p>

 <li>Flexibility to perform various roles within a single shift.</li>

<p>The Staff Accountant provides hands-on support in nonprofit foundation accounting operations, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions in accordance with established internal controls. Two positions available: we are looking for one cook to join us for most Saturdays and all Sundays through the season and one cook to join us for all Sundays. In-Home Usage Testing is a quick, easy and fun way to make extra cash by telling big brands what you think about their upcoming products and services in the American market.  <p><b>Scheduler – Home Health Care (Remote)</b><br><b>Location:</b> Moonlight Home Health Care – Austintown, OH</p>

 Moonlight Home Health Care provides compassionate, reliable in-home nursing and personal care services throughout the Mahoning Valley. We’re growing and seeking dependable, detail-oriented Schedulers to help coordinate care for our patients and support our clinical team.</p>
 <p><b>Position Summary:</b><br>
 Schedulers are responsible for organizing daily visit schedules for our nurses and aides. This position requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. You’ll work closely with our office team and field staff to ensure patients receive timely, consistent care.</p>
 <p><b>Available Shifts:</b></p>
 <ul>
 <li>
 <p><b>Evening Shift:</b> 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM</p>
 <p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>

 <p>Schedule and coordinate patient visits based on staff availability</p>
</li>
 <li>
 <p>Manage changes, cancellations, and call-offs quickly and professionally</p>
</li>
 <li>
 <p>Communicate effectively with field staff, patients, and families</p>
</li>
 <li>
 <p>Maintain accurate scheduling and documentation in the EHR system</p>
</li>
 <li>
 <p>Ensure consistent coverage and continuity of care</p>
</li>
 <li>
 <p>Provide administrative support as needed</p>
</li>

 <p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
 <ul>
 <li>
 <p>High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)</p>
</li>
 <li>
 <p>Previous scheduling or healthcare office experience preferred (home health experience a plus)</p>
</li>
 <li>
 <p>Strong computer, data entry, and multitasking skills</p>
</li>
 <li>
 <p>Excellent communication and time management skills</p>
</li>
 <li>
 <p>Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently from home</p>
</li>
