Aviation Aftermarket Parts Sales (Airlines/MROs) – Multiple Levels

We’re growing our commercial aviation aftermarket sales team and looking for hands-on sellers who know how to move parts and have direct access to airline and MRO purchasing teams.

This is a true individual contributor role focused on driving revenue through a mix of internal inventory, teardowns, and brokered material. The ideal candidate is confident in their ability to open doors and generate business, not just maintain relationships.

We are hiring across multiple levels, from Account Manager through Senior Account Director, with scope and compensation aligned to experience and revenue ownership.

This is a fast-paced, commercially driven environment where success comes from knowing where to source parts, how to position inventory, and having the relationships to close deals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of airline and MRO customers
  • Generate new business through direct relationships with purchasing and materials teams
  • Sell across stock inventory, teardown material, and brokered parts
  • Source and place material through internal inventory and external channels
  • Execute on RFQs, quotes, and deal flow in a high-velocity environment
  • Work closely with internal sourcing and operations to fulfill customer needs
  • Represent the company at industry events and maintain active market presence
  • Own pipeline and revenue generation within CRM
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working for an aviation aftermarket distributor, supplier, or MRO sales organization
  • 3-15+ years of strong broker experience within the aviation aftermarket
  • Direct relationships with airline and/or MRO purchasing teams (not just executive-level contacts)
  • Confidence in ability to generate business and open doors with customers
  • Experience selling parts, components, repairs, or exchange material
  • Strong knowledge of Airbus and Boeing commercial platforms
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through a mix of stock and brokered sales
  • Comfortable operating as a high-output individual contributor in a remote environment
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%
Leveling Overview: Level and compensation will be aligned based on experience, customer access, and demonstrated revenue ownership. Opportunities range from:
  • Account Manager I / II
  • Senior Account Manager
  • Account Director
  • Senior Account Director
Candidates with proven ability to generate immediate business and leverage existing customer relationships will be considered at more senior levels. Compensation & Benefits:
